Terms of Service

1. Scope of Agreement

Welcome to Utsav Gifts (utsavgifts.in). These Terms of Service govern all website visits, quotations, purchase orders, customized corporate gifting projects, and celebration orders initiated with our operations based in Sector 80, Noida, UP. By requesting a quote or issuing a purchase order, you agree to these clear and balanced terms.

2. Quotations, Invoices & Orders

• All price quotes provided via email, WhatsApp, or formal proposal are valid for 15 days from issuance unless otherwise specified.
• An order is confirmed upon receipt of a formal Purchase Order (PO) or written email confirmation along with agreed advance payments.
• All commercial invoices are issued with full statutory Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance.

3. Custom Branding & Artwork Approval

For orders involving corporate logo printing, laser engraving, custom ribbon weaving, or monogrammed cards, digital visual proofs are shared for client sign-off before manufacturing. Production commences strictly upon written approval. Once approved and produced, custom-branded materials cannot be altered or returned.

4. Artisan Craft Variations & Perishables

• Handmade Goods: Many of our items (such as Moradabad brassware, clay idols, blue pottery, and handloom stoles) are handcrafted by Indian artisans. Minor variations in texture, finish, and patina are natural characteristics of authenticity.
• Gourmet & Edibles: Confections, sweets, dry fruits, and teas are sourced fresh and sealed under strict quality standards. Clients are advised to store perishable hampers in cool, dry conditions upon delivery.

5. Dispatch, Logistics & Deliveries

We partner with premier national express courier partners for decentralized doorstep delivery across 19,000+ Indian pin codes and global freight. While we ensure on-schedule warehouse dispatches, Utsav Gifts is not liable for transit delays caused by force majeure events, severe weather, courier network disruptions, or incorrect recipient addresses supplied by the client.

6. Transit Damage & Replacement Policy

We take pride in secure, drop-tested protective packaging. In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged in transit, the client or recipient must notify us with photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery. Upon verification, we will promptly repair, replace, or credit the affected unit.

7. Cancellations & Returns

Due to the customized nature of bulk corporate hampers, bespoke trousseau packaging, and perishable gourmet items, confirmed orders in active production cannot be cancelled or returned. Off-the-shelf, non-customized stock orders may be modified only before shipment dispatch.

8. Limitation of Liability & Jurisdiction

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Utsav Gifts' total liability arising from any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that specific order. Any legal dispute or proceeding shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh, India.
